With our state of the art, fully-equipped wine making room
and our expert wine makers by your side, you'll experience
the fun of making your own great tasting wine in as little
as six weeks!
Our Winery has several styles
from which to choose including soft or bold red wines to dry
or fruity white wines.
The
Process
1. Select Wine Type - Come into our winery
and decide the type of wine you'd like to make. Sample our
ready-made stock and/or consult with our expert wine makers
to help you decide.
2. Mix Wine - You mix our high quality juice
with yeast and other ingredients to formulate the ideal wine
to suit your taste with the help of our experienced staff.
(20-30 mins)
3. Determine Labeling - Discuss customized
labeling options with our winery staff in preparation for
your next visit to bottle and label your wine.
4. Fermentation, Stabilizing and Clarification
- Our winemakers will nurture and monitor your wine as it
progresses
through the fermentation, stabilizing and clarification process
over the next 6 - 8 weeks, depending on the type of wine you've
selected. Your wine will remain in a temperature controlled
environment during this process. We will tend to the wine
daily; checking to make sure everything is progressing nicely.
The wine will be racked several times over the first few weeks
and we will add the required elements along the way to ensure
a complete fermentation and clarification. We will call you
a couple of days after filtering to make a bottling appointment.
5. Bottle, Cork, & Label - Once the wine
is finished and filtered we will contact you to come back
to our winery for the bottling, corking and labeling of your
wine. You will have access to the most up to date bottle filling
and corking equipment. At this time, we will show you how
to easily put the labels on your bottle, and then apply the
top capsule, guaranteeing a completely professional presentation
of your wine. The
process is fun and we encourage you to bring friends and food
to make it a party. (1 hour)
6. Take Your Custom Wine Home - Take your
wine home to stock in your personal wine cellar or share with
family and friends.
PRICING
"Custom Wine Making" is available in batch quantities
starting at $245 per batch. Each batch includes 28-30 bottles
(750ml) of hand-crafted wine, bottles, corks, shrinks and
your private label.

Custom
Wine Blending
Ever
thought of creating your own custom blended wine? At our winery
customers are welcome to take more of a hands-on approach
with our blend-your-own-wine program that allows you to play
"winemaker for a day". Our winery-based blending
program offers consumers an affordable alternative to winemaking
without the wait.
The
Process
1.
A wine blending session begins with the participants tasting
and then narrowing down the selections to a few favorites
and then experimenting with different combnations until they
arrive at a final blend. The process takes about 45 minutes
from start to finish.
2.
After the blend is chosen the wine is blended, bottled, corked
and labeled with your personal label. 1.5 - 2 hours
PRICING
Each
participant is required to purchase 12 bottles (1 Case) of
the custom blended wine at $14.99 per bottle.
